It is reported that Taiwan's Feng Hsin Iron & Steel is going to increase its latest price of wire rod by NT$800~1,000/ton. The company indicated that they will adjust the prices according to the high cost of raw materials.

The price is much lower than China Steel Corp's latest offer. As a result, the company will decide to raise price soon. Thus the cost of the barbed tape wire will be affected by the higher wire rod price.
