Harmony Welded Razor Mesh is a multi-functional, high security flat mesh fencing made of straight-blade netting welded together, packaging into a roll form for transport.
It is a grid that has cells in the forms of diamond or square, made of razor barbed reinforced tape. Most welded razor wire is a canvas, rolled up in rolls.
The Welded Razor Mesh can protect you and your property, and ensure the safety of the protective barriers. It can be used in places for people or car security where has more people. It is usually used together with cross razor wire, stopping your step, fighting your fluke mind. We weld the razor wire into diamond mesh or square mesh.
Materials of Welded Razor Mesh:
Galvanized steel thickness of 0.55 – 0.58 mm.
Galvanized wire is made of high carbon steel diameter of 2.4 – 2.5 mm.

Installation Instructions:
Welded Razor Mesh available in a canvas 2000 mm high and has a diamond-shaped cells with a face of 242 mm, height of the diamond about 450 mm, width of the diamond 190 mm. At the vertices are connected by straps diamonds, similar bracket, used in the manufacture of concertina wire and flat barrier razor wire. Its length can vary up to 50 meters, which also affects the price of the product and installation costs. As a rule, often welded razor fencing in length is from 4 to 15-meter, as this size is most convenient for the installation of barbed wire. Before installing the razor mesh is necessary to prepare the frame. It is based on vertical racks made of galvanized pipes. Frequency setting poles shall be designed so that they could make installation of razor cloth desired length. The optimal distance between two adjacent columns should be no more than 2 meters. At the request of the customer welded razor fence bottom may bury in the ground to 500 mm. Razor wire is galvanized, so it does not spoil the action of moisture in the soil.
